You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

• With all original tags, packaging, and accessories included

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note:

• For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, and sale items cannot be returned.

• Shipping costs for returns are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

2. We’ll reply with the return instructions and address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
